A 29-year-old Milroy man was ordered to stand trial before District Justice Daniel Hoffman on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and driving under the influence.

Daniel Dull allegedly slapped and struck a 32-year-old Milroy woman on Jan. 14. The incident allegedly took place in Spring Township, according to court documents.

Dull allegedly pushed the woman to the ground, injured her elbow and her lip, according to court documents.
