An Aaronsburg man died yesterday afternoon after falling into power machinery at his farm, Rockview State Police said.

Glenn Orndorf, 70, was pulled into a piece of machinery when his shirt sleeve got caught in a mechanism of the machine, which ran from his tractor to the grinder behind, police said.

A fellow worker witnessed the incident, which occurred around noon, and ran to call for paramedics, police said

Police said the paramedics arrived too late to save Orndorf.

Police said that Orndorf was taken to Centre Community Hospital where he was pronounced dead by Dr. Theodore Ziff.

The police have so far ruled Orndorf's death as accidental.
