The State College Police Department is still actively searching for the State College man who fatally stabbed another local man Sunday morning.
Local resident Robert Carrico, 21, was last seen getting in a Pennsylvania-registered, gray Ford Escort with State College resident Kathryn Prisk.
Theodore Enos, 22, the victim of the stabbing, died Sunday evening at the Centre Community Hospital from a lacerated liver and wounds to the thoracic and abdominal areas.
Murder charges have been filed against Carrico and an arrest warrant has been issued for Enos' murder, police said.
Carrico is described as a white man who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown, shoulder-length hair, a mustache and a few days of beard growth. He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, blue jeans and work boots.
Prisk, 17, has blond hair. No charges are pending against Prisk.
Cliff Prisk, Kathryn's father, said he has no idea where his daughter is. He added that she has not lived with him since last July and he does not know Carrico or any of her friends.
Carrico is considered armed and dangerous, police said. He is also considered mobile because he has relatives all over the country, Lt. Carmine Prestia said. Police have no idea of Carrico's whereabouts, he said.
Prestia said Carrico and Enos knew one another, but he said police could not speculate Carrico's motives.
Police are continuing the investigation and have spoken to a number of witnesses. Witnesses would not comment, but one of Enos' neighbors said under the condition of anonymity that they never had any previous problems with him.
Police would not comment whether Carrico has a past record, but Prestia said, "They're natives and we know them."
