The open-budget debate is alive in the state House of Representatives, but University officials do not believe a recently proposed amendment will have a big impact on Penn State.

State College Police Department Officer Scott Ohs gunned down vehicles with a radar gun along the side of state Route 26 Friday, but speeding drivers were not issued tickets.

SPORTS

As the saga of NFL Hall-of-Famer O.J. Simpson unraveled Friday, Randi Schwartz and 40 friends watched the drama unfold on television along with the rest of the nation.

I hope O.J. Simpson is innocent.

But I'm not sure why it matters.

OAKMONT -- No matter who claims victory in today's 18-hole playoff to decide the 94th U.S. Open, there will be a number of firsts.
