Criminal Mischief: Resident assistant Laura Hermann reported the exterior window of 411 Brumbaugh was broken Monday night, University Police Services said.
Police said the window was broken by a water balloon thrown or projected from outside the dorm. The replacement cost of the glass is unknown.

Indecent Exposure: A female student reported an unidentified man indecently exposed himself to her Sunday night on the Rec Hall running track, University police said.
Police said a man wearing shorts was sitting on the track with his legs spread apart, deliberately exposing his genitals through one side.
Police said they do not have a suspect.

Theft: An employee of College Pizza II, 128 Locust Lane, reported two 100 pound boxes of mozzarella cheese and numerous packs of cigarettes were stolen from the business Monday, the State College Police Department said.
The items are worth $357.

Theft: Adam Deer of 135 Hamilton Hall reported his coat and gloves were stolen March 4 from dining room A in Waring Commons, University police said.
The items are worth $220.

Theft: Dwayne Reed of 522 E. College Ave. reported his bicycle was stolen Monday night from the south end of Parking Lot 83N, University police said.
The bicycle is worth $200.
