A 25-year-old Bellefonte man pleaded guilty to three counts of harassment Wednesday before District Justice Clifford Yorks.

Raymond H. Emel Jr. allegedly punched Andrew Auman of Bellefonte and punched and shoved Jason Fischer of Bellefonte at Fischer's residence after a night of drinking, according to court records.

Fischer received brush burns to his left eye and cheek, a bloody nose, a black-and-blue right eye and various other injuries, according to court records.

Emel allegedly refused to leave Fischer's house for over two hours and when he finally left, he allegedly took Fischer's dog with him. Fischer later found his dog at Emel's friend's house.

Emel paid a $150 fine and $75 in court costs.

Also before Yorks Wednesday, a 25-year-old New York City man was bound over for trial on charges of receiving stolen property, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and reckless endangerment.

Mark Bunge was seen driving a Ford Tempo with a New York license plate that was reported stolen. According to court files, Bunge, who was serving time in a New York state correctional facility for drug offenses, was considered missing after his parole officer made an unscheduled visit. The next day Bunge was wanted as an escapee.

According to court files, Bunge was seen with Julie Rainelli of 445 Waupelani Drive walking toward the allegedly stolen car from Rainelli's apartment. Bunge allegedly tried to flee the police and in the process almost hit two pedestrians, files said.

Bunge allegedly had 10 grams of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, according to court files. A black leather bag with paraphernalia used to freebase cocaine was found near Rainelli, according to court records.

After a subsequent search of the car, police said brass knuckles were found under the passenger seat.

Rainelli was also bound over for trial by Yorks.
