Man arrested for breaking into trailer: Kenneth Mayes of 1275 Pennsylvania Ave. reported that Edwin Little, who has no known address, allegedly broke into Mayes' trailer at lot 122 in the Hilltop Mobile Home Park, the State College Police Department said.

Little, the previous owner of the trailer, was found by police in the living room. Little allegedly used a screwdriver to enter the trailer, police said. He told the police that he used the screwdriver to enter because it was locked and he believed the trailer was still his.

Little was arraigned before District Justice Clifford Yorks and is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Police said Little was arrested nine times in similar incidents.
