The unranked Nittany Lion baseball team finally finished its extended spring break vacation Monday night, beating No. 13 Texas A & M, 6-1. The victory was Penn State's fourth of the Aggie Contintental Classic, a ten-game road trip.
Coach Joe Hindelang and his ballplayers lost to the Aggies earlier in the trip, 8-7. The three other wins came against Indiana State, Texas-San Antonio and Kansas State.
Penn State lost to Texas, Texas-San Antonio, Kansas State and dropped two to No. 4 USC, finishing up the action with a 6-7 record.
The Lions will play their first home games of the season this weekend at Beaver Field, where they'll host Clarion and Drexel in two doubleheaders.
