Sex Offenses/Indecent Assault: A Centre Community Hospital employee reported yesterday that a 17-year-old College Township girl reported she was indecently touched by a male household member over the past three to four years, the State College Police Department said.
The suspect later went to the State College police station voluntarily and said that he was considering committing suicide, police said.
Police said they spoke with the suspect, who said he would voluntarily seek treatment at the hospital. An investigation is continuing.

Suspicious Activity: State College police said they responded to a verbal argument yesterday at the School House Lounge, 1663 S. Atherton St.
A bartender and a customer allegedly engaged in an argument, police said. The man told the bartender he had handcuffs and rope with him in a bag, police said.
Police said they found novelty-type handcuffs and rope in the man's bag. When questioned, the man said he and his wife were "swingers," police said.
No charges were filed.

Theft: Vincent Romanini of 100 Sky Top Lane, Port Matilda, reported his car stereo was stolen between Sunday and Tuesday from his unsecured vehicle in Parking Lot Red A, University Police Services said.
The stereo is worth $250.
