Research Fair
In keeping with our tradition of celebrating undergraduate excellence, the University Scholars Student Advisory Committee, in collaboration with the Undergraduate Student Government Academic Assembly, has begun to construct plans for the third annual Undergraduate Research Fair. The fair is an excellent opportunity for students to display their work and share their achievements with others outside their field of study. This year's fair will be held April 4-7, during which time research projects adaptable to poster or display case presentation will be on display in the HUB Ballroom for students, faculty and administrators to enjoy. Culminating the exhibit will be a reception to honor all participants and their faculty advisors. With the support of the Office of Undergraduate Education, $2,500 in cash prizes will be awarded for those prizes selected by faculty review as the most outstanding. The fair is open to all undergraduates, and we sincerely hope that you are able to participate in this event. Forms are available in and must be returned to 213 Willard by March 4. Questions regarding the fair may be directed to Suzanne Power, assistant to the director of the University Scholars Program, at 863-2635, or USG Academic Assembly, 101F HUB, at 863-1USG. We look forward to hearing from you.
