For those who can't get enough of the holiday spirit, it is still possible to cure those New Year's blues -- with a nighttime walk through the borough of State College. And more often than not in this beer distributer's heaven, where to party next is the burning concern. A cancer cure may be far away, but a doctor at the University's Hershey Medical Center has identified the chromosome that may be the key to stopping the spread of the disease, which claimed 875 Centre County residents during the late '80s.
