Man arrested for expired registration: A 23-year-old State College man was arrested and issued three citations yesterday after being pulled over for driving with an expired car registration, the State College Police Department said.
Winslow Bond Reinhardt of 715 E. Beaver Ave. was cited for driving with a suspended driver's license, driving without insurance and for switching license plates, police said.
State College police had a warrant for Reinhardt's arrest in connection with an unrelated criminal mischief incident. University Police Services also had a warrant for his arrest.

Disorderly Conduct: Two boys were involved in a disagreement Sunday night at the McDonald's Restaurant, 442 E. College Ave., State College police said.
Police said one of the boys left the restaurant, got into a car and displayed a machete. Police said they are investigating the incident.

Drug Law Violation: A woman reported Sunday night she smelled an odor of marijuana coming from a room in Bigler Hall, University police said. Five people were identified in the room and a small amount of marijuana was confiscated, police said.

Theft: Christopher Wagner of 131 Sowers St. reported his snowboard was stolen Sunday afternoon from a ski rack at the Tussey Mountain Ski Area, State College police said.
The snowboard is worth $487.
