Disorderly Conduct: A 46-year-old Bellefonte man was arrested early yesterday morning for an incident at Hardee's Restaurant, 215 S. Atherton St., the State College Police Department said.
The man was trying to sell packages of turkey ham to the restaurant's employees and customers, police said. An employee asked the man to leave but he refused and began using obscene language.
State College police were called to the scene and took the man before District Justice Ronald Horner. Horner ordered the man be placed in Centre County Prison in lieu of $1,000 bail, police said.

Fraud: An employee of Claster's Building Materials, 1120 E. College Ave., reported the business received a check on Nov. 7 written on an account with insufficient funds, State College police said.
The check was written for $118.

Fraud: An employee of Jim's Army & Navy Surplus Store, 227 S. Allen St., reported the store received a check on Dec. 22 written on a closed account, State College police said.
The check was written for $115.

Theft: Carrie Rafalli of 103 Cross reported Wednesday a word processor was stolen between Dec. 10 and Tuesday from her dorm room, University Police Services said.
The word processor is worth $200.
