Man trespasses in Taco Bell restaurant: A 47-year-old man was arrested at about 11:30 p.m. Monday when he was discovered allegedly trespassing in Taco Bell, 100 Rolling Ridge Drive, the State College Police Department said. The restaurant is under construction.
The man went before District Justice Ronald Horner and was taken to Centre County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail, police said.

Burglary: Michael Williams, Maurice Simmons and Ryan Reichlin, all of 518 University Drive, reported that more than one person forcibly entered their apartment at about 10:15 p.m. Monday and started a fight, State College police said.
Police said Reichlin suffered a black eye and bruises. Williams and Simmons suffered bruises and abrasions. Police said they have a suspect.

Drug Violation: Two residents of Stuart Hall were found early Monday morning with marijuana allegedly in their possession, University Police Services said.

Missing Person: Christopher Johnson of 219 Waupelani Drive reported his roommate, Thaddeus Pilewski, 22, has been missing since 9:30 p.m. Saturday, State College police said.

Theft: Bruce Booth of 220 N. Burrowes Road reported his bicycle was stolen Saturday morning from inside his residence, State College police said.
The bicycle is worth $450.

Theft: University employee Dan Brooks reported a videocassette player was stolen between Dec. 9 and Jan. 10 from the first floor of Arts Building, University police said.
The videocassette player is worth $400.

Theft: Ken Mayes of 1275 Pennsylvania Ave. reported $150 in cash was stolen at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday from his wallet that was sitting on a table in Home Delivery Pizza, 1820 S. Atherton St., State College police said.
