Police Log

  • Criminal Mischief: James Stofko of 110 E. Foster Ave. reported his truck was damaged Wednesday night while it was parked at 317 S. Pugh St., the State College Police Department said.

    Stofko reported someone struck his windshield, slashed a tire and spray painted the words "big ass pig" on his truck, police said.

    Police said they questioned a suspect, but the person denied committing the act.

  • Theft: Rodney Stackhouse of 217 E. Nittany Ave. reported his 21-speed Schwinn Sidewinder bicycle was stolen Wednesday night from the 100 block of Sowers Street, State College police said.

    The bicycle is worth $350.
