The State College Borough Council informally approved a ballot question at last night's work session to form a committee that will propose a consolidation agreement. It is a room unlike any other. As temperatures rise, the area blood supply decreases. During the summer months, blood supplies diminish due to fewer donations and increased demand, said Connie Schroeder, campus coordinator for American Red Cross Blood Services.
