There's no more time for the women's track team to tune up, because for the 99th year, the Penn Relays have arrived. The heptathlon began on Tuesday, but most of the events the team will compete in start today. The numbers surrounding the 99th annual Penn Relays speak for themselves: 15,000 athletes from 300 colleges, 800 high schools and 75 clubs will converge at Franklin Field House in Philadelphia to compete in 267 events.
