Students seeking a deep, dark tan this spring break could end up with a deep, dark sunburn if they don't protect their skin. Seniors are not the only students who can find a job through the University. Getting paid can be an expensive process. The total cost of a job hunt -- including clothes, resumes and transportation -- can equal thousands of dollars. When searching for a job, the first step is usually the most difficult. The proper attire for an interview depends on the field of work a student hopes to get into -- not the latest style, according to some local clothing retailers. University Safety moved out of Grange Building and into the Eisenhower Parking Garage recently, leaving student groups competing for the available space. February belonged to gymnast Mike Masucci -- at least in Big Ten men's gymnastics. If someone had told Suzie Paxton five years ago that she would be a national champion, All-American and Olympic hopeful in fencing before her graduation, she would've thought they were nuts. For the past couple of years Penn State athletics has been making the transition to the Big Ten conference. When No. 2 Iowa comes to town on Friday, it will be perhaps the biggest home game of the season for the women's basketball team. Both the Penn State and the Wisconsin men's basketball teams will be desperate for a victory when they meet at 7:05 p.m. today at the Wisconsin Field House. The baseball team found itself at quite a disadvantage going into its doubleheader against Old Dominion on Monday. In the 1988 national tournament, the Icers played the ultimate nail-biter of a game. It was a game that still weighs heavily on the mind of Penn State's coach. Gymnast Mike Masucci looked like his usual dominating force as he performed on the still rings in last Saturday's meet against Ohio State.
