An ad hoc committee of the Undergraduate Student Government Senate decided last night there were not sufficient grounds to impeach USG President Rob Kampia. As the Yugoslavian tragedy staggers forward, the search for an end to the bloodshed is on. Students furnishing their apartments will soon have to look harder for supplies. The University Future Committee and the Faculty Senate will not be the only organizations to scrutinize proposed budget cuts. Amid accusations of disarray, the Undergraduate Student Government Business Department is heading in a new direction. The University's annual state appropriation will decline slightly under a proposal outlined Tuesday by Gov. Robert P. Casey before the state Legislature in Harrisburg. A big goose egg. That's all the Bloomsburg team saw when they looked at the scoreboard after being thrashed 39-0 by the No. 1 ranked wrestling team. Going into tonight's match, Ryan Heimbach knew he had big shoes to fill. With 134-pounder Cary Kolat suspended earlier this week for an incident on campus, Heimbach entered the lineup looking to take advantage of this opportunity. Not since Eric Lindros was traded to Philadelphia has there been this much anticipation of Canadians arriving in America. As the final buzzer sounded, exhausted Penn State fans exited Rec Hall amazed at what had just progressed, yet distraught over the way it ended.
