Student volunteers create an art of their own at the 26th Annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts.

More than 100,000 people are expected to attend the 26th Annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts for crafts, food and entertainment. But they also will have to deal with parking and traffic difficulties.

Credit card companies continue to lure students to spend -- but some users are beginning to see their cards as more of a trap than a benefit.

Kit Stoner, a decorative artist, brought a little Christmastime to the summertime yesterday at the 26th Annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts.

Nothing comes free these days, not even the free music offered by the 26th Annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts.

Is louder better? Not necessarily.

Eggs' new Bruiser LP, out this month from Teenbeat records, proves restraint is a virtue. Their sound might be best described as a cross between samba tinged My Bloody Valentine and Murmur-era R.E.M., but they call it "distorted lounge music."

Due to bad weather and subsequent poor turnout, this year's 19th Annual Beta Sigma Beta Sy Barash Regatta did not generate any profit for the American Cancer Society.
