The thousands of visitors attracted to State College by the 26th Annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts bring the local economy a much-needed cash infusion. They also bring an unwanted crime infusion.

Police may be busy during the 26th Annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts but at least they have help.

SPORTS

Your best friend just put on 50 pounds of muscle, he's not on steriods, so he must taking those diet supplements that you see in all the health stores. WRONG!! It's more likely that he's working out and eating right.

If you like lying on your back, sweating and moaning, then State College offers just the activity for you. No, it's not staring at an X-rated movie, it's weightlifting.

If the saying "adversity makes a better person" holds true, then each Michael Jennings' and Donovan Williams' character should benefit from the past year.
