Presidential candidates will not hold the only debates this fall.

All year, seniors work toward that final goal --graduation.

Clarence Frank Boob of Colyer was arrested Friday on charges of arson and reckless endangerment, State College Bureau of Police Services said. Boob allegedly started a fire that burned three buildings at the Ishler farm in Harris Township on May 15, police said.

State College officials want commuters to get on the bus.

Despite slow but steady progress for working women, men continue to bring more bacon home from the University.

SPORTS

Marlena Riley hunched over first base, intently watched her teammates and anticipated her next move.

It's a very demanding job that requires much of the worker's spare time. It's a job in which the worker must be able to perform basic medical procedures and have the patience of a schoolteacher. Oh, the job also doesn't pay.

Certain geographical areas are known for producing certain types of athletes. Canada is known for hockey players and California is famous for baseball players.

One hug was all it took to hook Walt Proding on the Special Olympics.

The Big Apple has its Greenwich. Walt Disney World has the Polynesian.

Achievement seemed to be contagious throughout the Special Olympics this weekend.
