Minors, fraternity cited for violations: State College Bureau of Police Services said they responded to a complaint March 18 about underage drinking at Acacia fraternity, 234 Locust Lane.

One person was carrying a six-pack of beer to Acacia, and three other people were stopped after they left the fraternity because they had open containers of alcoholic beverages, police said.
Charges have been filed against three minors for possession of alcohol and against Acacia, which apparently held a party with Sigma Alpha Epsilon and Phi Kappa Sigma fraternities, for furnishing alcohol to minors, police said.
