The University Faculty Senate wants to find its own ride home.

Yesterday afternoon the tigers raided the den and smashed the so-called king of the jungle. When it was over, No. 5 Towson State had given the eighth-ranked men's lacrosse team a reality check, and its first loss of the season, 16-8.
 
For the three seniors on the men's volleyball team, this weekend will mark their final two matches at Rec Hall. Right now, however, that is of little concern to setter Jim Schall, rightside hitter Tom Gingrich and middle blocker Winfield Evens.
 
John Bruno, a walk-on punter who starred in Penn State's national title-clinching victory over Miami in the 1987 Fiesta Bowl, died of cancer Monday.
