Police Log

  • Criminal Mischief: University employee Albert Matyasovsky reported that a projection screen was damaged in 316 N. Henderson between March 1 and Friday, University Police Services said.

    The damage is estimated at $400.

  • Criminal Mischief: Kenneth Kelligher of l857 N. Atherton St. reported that the windshield of his car was broken while the car was parked in Parking Lot Red A between l:30 Friday afternoon and l:30 Saturday morning, University police said.

    The damage is estimated at $200.

  • Criminal Mischief: Ann N. Graves of 218 E. Prospect Ave. reported that a window was broken and a screen was damaged when someone threw an unopened can of beer through them between 11:30 and 11:45 Saturday night, State College Bureau of Police Services said.

    No damage estimate is available.

  • Criminal Mischief: Keri Shaner of Dunbar reported that the passenger-side window of her car was kicked out between 5 Saturday evening and 1 yesterday afternoon while it was parked at 600 E. Prospect Ave., State College police said.

    No damage estimate is available.

  • Theft: Someone from Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, 351 E. Fairmount Ave., reported that two composite pictures, the frames they were in, a pool stick and an eight ball were taken from the fraternity between midnight and 11:39 yesterday morning, State College police said.

    The items are worth about $1,138.

  • Theft: Brandon Saft of 601 Pinchot reported that his brown leather jacket was taken from 225 E. Fairmount Ave. between 11 Saturday night and midnight yesterday, State College police said.

    The jacket is worth $405.

  • Theft: Matthew Thomas of 201 Pinchot reported that the rear wheel of his bicycle was stolen outside Fisher Hall sometime between Wednesday and noon Friday, University police said.

    The wheel is worth $l42.
