Leadership proven
On April 1 the undergraduate student body has an opportunity to elect effective student leaders for the upcoming year. With all the potential to do a variety of different projects, I would hope that students will make an informed decision when voting. We have the opportunity to elect a ticket with experience to get the job done. Jim Ryerson and Candice Anderson have what it takes to lead Penn State students for the 1992-93 year. Jim and Candice are effective and experienced student leaders. They both have worked in student government and are willing to make the commitment to the student body. Jim has served as USG executive assistant and Candice is the director of the department of Legal Affairs. They have demonstrated that they are going to work on projects and deal with current student issues. Their platform includes plans to expedite the HUB and Robeson Cultural Center plans, develop a department of Education Affordability, implement a short term student loan program, and most importantly develop a strong communication system between the students and the administration. On Wednesday, make a choice to support a ticket that will support the students. Vote for unified action -- Jim Ryerson and Candice Anderson.
