Fraud: Allen Windrim of 131 Sowers St. reported that several hundred dollars had been charged to his credit cards, State College Bureau of Police Services said.

Although his American Express and MasterCard were not stolen, it is believed that someone got Windrim's card numbers, police said.

Theft: The Ski Station, 224 E. College Ave., reported that someone took a parka-type jacket from the store sometime yesterday morning, State College police said.

The jacket is worth $265.

Theft: Mary Beth Libreatori of 12 Snyder reported that someone took three powder-dry fire extinguishers from three different locations in Snyder Hall Monday night, University Police Services said.

The extinguishers are worth $138.
