Woman assaulted in Burrowes bldg.: A University student reported that she was assaulted early yesterday morning in the second-floor hall of Burrowes Building, University Police Services said.

The woman was grabbed by an unidentified man wearing a mask as she left her office at about 5:10 a.m., police said. The victim told police that she and the man struggled briefly but she was able to escape back into her office. The man then left the area, police said.

The man is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a light blue short-sleeved shirt and dark blue jeans.

Police are continuing an investigation.
