Police Log

  • Burglary: Robin Eddy of 222 W. Beaver Ave. reported that her Sony portable compact disc player was taken from her home between March 21 and Sunday, State College Bureau of Police Services said.

    Police said the player was worth $250. No signs of forced entry were found.

  • Theft: Mark Fitzko of 309 E. Beaver Ave. reported that his black Cannondale bicycle was taken between 4:30 and 5:30 Tuesday afternoon from a bicycle rack on the west side of Boucke Building, University Police Services said.

    The bicycle is worth $1,000, police said.

  • Theft: Brian Aguilera of 478 E. Beaver Ave. reported that his bicycle's rear tire and pedals were taken between Sunday and Monday while the bicycle was parked outside of his residence, State College police said.

    Police said the parts were worth $210.

  • Theft: Michael Hostetler of Woodward reported that a dark brown Angus-Holstein mixture cow was taken from his property between 6 Monday night and 6 Tuesday morning, Rockview State Police said.

    Police said the six-week-old cow was worth $150.
