University President Joab Thomas decided to place the sexual orientation clause on the University Board of Trustees' May agenda after the University Faculty Senate approved the clause last month.
 
A prisoner who escaped from Centre County Prison in Bellefonte on Thursday morning was apprehended about 24 hours later by two off-duty corrections officers in nearby Milesburg.
 
While many people believe that skim milk is healthier than whole milk, whole and skim milk are equally nutritious and are excellent sources of protein, calcium, phosphorus and potassium, the manager of the University Creamery said.
