Police Log

  • Burglary/Theft: Jacob Jackson of Spring Mills reported that someone broke into his Harris Township cabin through the rear door and took several items, including two pillows and an alarm clock, State College Bureau of Police Services said.

    Police said the incident occurred between 10:30 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. yesterday.

    No estimate of losses was available.

  • Criminal Mischief: Barbara Hosterman of 218 E. Nittany Ave. reported that someone poured transmission fluid on the interior of her car and filled the gas tank with sand, State College police said.

    Police said the incident occurred March 1 or March 2.

    No damage estimate was available.
