Students in the State College Area School District are asking questions about the Persian Gulf War, showing that it has prompted fears, school district officials said.
 
The University will spend $2 million and attempt to raise $16 million more to expand the HUB and build a new Paul Robeson Cultural Center, an administrator told Black Caucus Monday. A caucus official said the commitment is long overdue.
 
Students, owners and police agree that the majority of damage to off-campus apartment buildings is done by students who do not live in the complexes.

At 6 tonight against Eastern Michigan, the ice hockey club starts its quest for back-to-back national championships in the National Invitational Tournament at the University of Arizona.
 
Despite coming in second at the Eastern Women's Swimming League Championships, Coach Bob Krimmel's NCAA streak will remain intact.
 
Last year, Rutgers had hopes of reaching the NIT Final Four, only to have Penn State snatch the spot with a 58-55 tournament victory on the Knights' home floor.
