Police Log

  • Man exposes himself on Calder Way: A man exposed himself to a local woman on her way to work at 5:40 yesterday morning, State College Bureau of Police Services said.

    The victim was walking on the 400 block of Calder Way when the man, who was sitting in a dark-colored pickup truck, asked her for the location of a Dunkin' Donuts store, police said. The woman turned away momentarily and when she looked back at the man, he exposed himself to her, police said.

    The woman told police she did not know the man.

    Police have no suspects.

  • Theft: A $300 microwave was taken from Acacia fraternity, 224 Locust Lane, Wednesday night or yesterday morning, police said. Someone entered the house through an unlocked side door and exited through the front door, police said.
