Police Log

  • Criminal Mischief: Lawrence Young, director of the Paul Robeson Cultural Center, reported that a drill bit was imbedded in his car tire between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday, University Police Services said. The car was parked in Parking Lot Yellow K, police said.

    Police estimated damage at $120.

  • Criminal Mischief: JoAnn Harris, a University employee, reported that the rear window of her car was shattered Tuesday, police said. The car was parked in Parking Lot Green B, police said.

    Police had no damage estimate.

  • Theft: Sally Mitchell, 320 E. Beaver Ave., reported that her book bag, containing a key ring, wallet and notebooks, was taken from the basement hallway of Henderson Building Tuesday afternoon, police said.

    The value of the bag and contents is $130, police said.
