I am outraged by the decision of the Athletic Department to give the Nittany Lions Rec Hall for their NIT game over the Lady Lions NCAA game. I fully support Coach Portland's position.

Despite statements made by athletic department administrators, the Lady Lions were "sold down the river."

It was ultimately money that made the decision, but I hardly think that Penn State would take much of a loss by having the Lady Lions play a NCAA Tournament at home. Penn State should take great pride in having their Lady Lions play a NCAA Tournament game at home and should have priority over an NIT game.

Has Nittany Lion pride been touched by the power of greed? I might watch the NIT game on ESPN for I will not be going to the game. Lady Lions keep your heads up, your fans are with you, and may your best games be yet to come.
