Man charged after incident at Cafe 210 Sunday night: A man was cited for harassment and criminal mischief Sunday night after he allegedly broke several glasses during an incident at Cafe 210, 210 W. College Ave., State College Bureau of Police Services said.
The man, who was acting disorderly, was asked to leave at 11:15 p.m., police said. He refused to leave and became involved in an argument, throwing punches at four other men at the bar, police said.
No one was injured in the scuffle.

Four taken to hospital after crash on Route 144: A Snow Shoe woman was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after a one-car accident early Sunday morning that sent four people to the hospital, state police at Philipsburg said.
Cathi Jo Etters, 20, was charged after she lost control of her car while turning left on Route 144 near Burnside Township and struck an embankment, police said. Etters' car drove 63 feet, hit a tree and landed on the driver's side, police said.
Etters and two of her passengers, David Bittinger, 24, of Snow Shoe and Chris Heckman, 19, of Coburn, were treated and released from Centre Community Hospital. Another passenger, Rebecca Etters, 17, of Snow Shoe, is in satisfactory condition with internal abdominal injuries, hospital officials said.

Driver receives head injury from crash on snowy road: A Philipsburg man was taken to the Moshannon Valley Medical Center with a head injury after an accident on a snow-covered Port Matilda road at 2:20 yesterday afternoon, state police at Philipsburg said.
Stephen Muck, 29, was driving his truck north on Route 220 when it crossed into the southbound lane and struck a car driven by Karen Williams, 34, of Morrisdale. Muck's truck continued across the roadway and flipped onto its side after hitting an embankment.
Williams and her passenger, Becky Thomas, 19, also of Morrisdale, were not injured in the accident, police said. Both vehicles were moderately damaged.

Inmate to stand trial for alleged rape in Snow Shoe: BELLEFONTE An inmate at the State Correctional Institution at Cresson will stand trial for allegedly raping a Snow Shoe Township woman last month.
David L. Durachko, 30, will face charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, indecent exposure and kidnapping in connection with the Feb. 4 incident.
The kidnapping charge was added during Durachko's preliminary hearing last Wednesday at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte.
Durachko was out on a weekend furlough when the alleged rape occurred, court documents state. He is still held at Cresson in lieu of $30,000 for the alleged rape.
District Attorney Ray Gricar said Durachko was eligible for parole in June, but is unlikely to receive that parole now.

Criminal Mischief: The apartment of Ann McDermott and Molly Dougherty, 626 E. College Ave., was reported vandalized sometime between Saturday and Sunday, State College police said. Minor damage to the apartment walls, closet doors, furniture and windows was reported but nothing was taken, police said.

Criminal Mischief: The windshield of a car belonging to Christine Towns, 235 E. McCormick Ave., was reported smashed sometime between 11 Sunday night and 9:45 yesterday morning, State College police said. No damage estimate was available.

Criminal Mischief: The living room window of Owen Keene's house, 529 Outer Drive, was broken sometime between Thursday and Sunday, State College police said. Police suspect a broken beer bottle found in the living room was thrown through the window. No damage estimate was available.

Criminal Mischief: A passenger-side window of a car belonging to Lisa Thomas, 255 E. Beaver Ave., was broken sometime between Feb. 2 and Mar. 4 and a small amount of change was taken, State College police said.

Theft: A man entered Uni-Mart, 200 E. College Ave., at 6:55 yesterday morning and made off with 30 Daily Collegians, State College police said. Police have no description of the thief.
