Woman grabbed by man in Fraser Street parklet: A man reportedly grabbed a woman by her chest at the Central Parklet, between the Fraser Street Post Office and Memorial Field, yesterday at about 11:46 p.m., State College Bureau of Police Services said.
The woman was walking with her boyfriend when they became separated. While waiting for her boyfriend, a man grabbed her and then ran, police said.
No other details were available.

Pickup truck reported taken from Millheim man's house: A Millheim man's pickup truck was reportedly taken from his residence Wednesday evening, state police at Rockview said.
Donald E. Martin, 132 W. Main St., reported that his 1980 brown Ford F-150 pickup was taken from outside his residence sometime between 3 in the afternoon and midnight Wednesday, police said.
The truck has Pennsylvania plates, license number 166-25CH, police said. The truck is valued at $1,000.

Criminal Mischief: Someone broke open two locks and shot out two floodlights at a camp in Houston Township between Feb. 9 and Feb. 19, state police at Philipsburg said. The camp belongs to Ira Baker of Apollo, police said. No further information was available from police.

Theft: Four pieces of jewelry valued at $400 owned by Stephanie Nugent were reported taken from her room at 301 Curtin Hall sometime between Jan. 20 and Jan. 21, University Police Services said. Missing from her room are a black onyx ring, a pearl ring, an opal ring and a gold chain, each worth $100, police said.

Theft: A car radio and jumper cables, belonging to Viva Wheelend, 1700 S. Atherton St., were taken from an unlocked truck parked at the same address sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday, State College police said. The items are valued at $200.

Theft: A 6-foot by 8-foot oriental rug was taken from Pi Lambda Phi fraternity, 321 Fraternity Row, sometime between Feb. 1 and Feb. 3, State College police said. The value of the rug was not known.

Theft: Two barrels valued at $100 were reported taken from the Computer Building loading dock sometime between 12:30 a.m. and 2 a.m. Feb. 16, University police said.

Theft: A $100 portable radio belonging to Kelly Kuark, 325 S. Garner St., was reported taken from a first floor restroom in South Henderson Building at 1 Wednesday afternoon, University police said. The radio was unattended when it was taken, police said.
