  • Man wearing sweatclothes reveals himself to female: A man reportedly exposed himself to a female University student early Friday morning, State College Bureau of Police Services said.

    The woman was walking outside 626 S. Pugh St. at 12:20 Friday morning when a man approached her and exposed himself, police said. He is described as a white male about six feet tall and weighing 170 pounds.

    While he was clothed, he was reportedly wearing black sweatpants, a gray sweatshirt and a black vest, police said.

  • $300 taken from Milesburg gas station's cash drawer: A man reportedly took $300 from a Milesburg gas station cash register Sunday night, state police at Rockview said.

    Police said a black male, described as six feet tall with short hair and wearing a gray sweater, and a black female, who remained in the car during the incident, stopped for gas at the Roadway Motor Plaza at 6:25 Sunday night.

    While the attendant was pumping the gas the man entered the station and took the cash from the register, police said. The theft was not discovered until after the couple left, police said.

    The two were driving a small passenger car with North Carolina license plates, police said.

  • Marathon dancer's apartment burglarized Sunday morning: The apartment of a University student was burglarized while she was dancing in the 1990 Interfraternity / Panhellenic Council Dance Marathon, State College police said.

    While Janice Luddy, 616 E. College Ave., was dancing Sunday morning someone entered her apartment and took several items, police said. Among items missing are a $100 calculator, a $90 jacket, an $80 racquetball racket and a brown teddy bear, police said.

  • Criminal Mischief: Someone damaged a car owned by Barry Spicer, 59 Woodsdale Trailer Court, while it was parked outside 560 Westerly Parkway Friday, State College police said.

    Between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. someone walked on the hood of the car, bent the radio antenna and let air out of the right front tire, police said. No damage estimate was available.

  • Criminal Mischief: Someone reportedly removed a plate in the floor of an elevator in Porter Hall and set off fireworks in the hole, University police said. No damage estimate was available.

  • Criminal Mischief: Someone broke the glass of a door in the lobby of the West Electrical Engineering Building sometime between 11 Sunday night and 4 Monday morning, University police said. No damage estimate was available.

  • Drug Law Violation: A University Police Service officer apprehended a man on the southside of the Music Building for possessing drug paraphernalia.

    No other details were available.

  • Theft: A toolbox and Sears Craftsman tools valued at $700 belonging to Michael Miholics, 601 S. Pugh St., were reportedly taken sometime between 7:30 Sunday night and 3 yesterday morning, State College police said. The tools were lying in Miholics' driveway when the incident occurred, police said.

  • Theft: A $140 microwave belonging to Wendy Chung, 728 Bellaire Ave., was reported taken during a party Friday morning sometime between 1 and 1:30, State College police said.

    Chung reportedly left the party and when she returned the microwave was gone and someone had moved her roommates bed into the living room, police said.

  • University Police Services asks that the dancer who reported a fight at this weekend's Interfraternity/Panhellenic Council Dance Marathon contact the police.
