Jack Risheberger said he will be seeking a zoning variance to allow a remote teller machine to be placed in the basement parking area of the building.
In other business, the board:
-- Recommended that plans to expand Cafe 210, 210 W. College Ave., be sent to the State College Planning Commission.
-- Sent to the commission plans to build a new turning lane on College Avenue in front of the planned Gateway Apartment Building III, 747 E. Beaver Ave.
-- Decided to recommend three sign changes to the borough's sign officer: Elby's Motel, 1661 S. Atherton St.; Plaza Gulf, 705 S. Atherton St.; and Hull's Floor Coverings, 210 W. Hamilton Ave.
