Voyeur eludes capture after women's locker room episode: An unidentified man was seen looking through a hole in the Rec Hall women's locker-room door at 1:06 Wednesday afternoon, University Police Services said.
The man was wearing a blue windbreaker, a T-shirt and faded blue jeans and had dark hair which came down over his ears. He looked about five-and-a-half feet tall and 20 years old, police said.
The man ran from the scene after he was approached by a Rec Hall employee. Several employees chased the man, but he eluded his pursuers on the west side of the building, police said.

Burglary/Theft: Two University students were identified by a housekeeping employee in connection with the theft of cable television services, University police said.
The roommates broke into a room in the basement of Runkle Hall, spliced the commercial television cable and ran it into their room, police said. TCI, a local cable company, has been notified of the theft but no citations have been issued, police said.

Criminal Mischief: A University employee's car was damaged by vandals while it was parked in Parking Lot Green D between 4 p.m. Jan. 12 and 8 a.m. Jan. 18, University police said.
Someone entered the unlocked car of Paul Mark, 104 Agricultural Engineering , while it was in the lot and pulled wires out from underneath the dashboard, police said. No damage estimate was available although the car could not be driven.

Theft: Two rings and a bracelet, valued at $630, belonging to Kathleen Cullen, 112 Elmwood St., was reported taken sometime before yesterday, State College Bureau of Police Services said.
Cullen told police that a 14-karat gold ring set with emeralds, sapphires and diamonds valued at $400, an opal and diamond ring worth $180 and a gold bracelet were missing from her home when she went to get them, police said.

Theft: About $500 in change was reportedly taken from booths in Beaver Stadium sometime between Sept. 15 and Sept. 16, University police said.
The shortage in funds was discovered during a routine audit of the financial records for that date, police said. An investigation is continuing.

Theft: A Pioneer AM/FM cassette car stereo and two speakers valued at $400 and owned by J.A. Babay, 127 S. Barnard St., were taken sometime between 2:30 and 9 yesterday morning, State College police said.
Police said the equipment was taken from Babay's truck parked near 811 W. College Ave. Babay could not remember if she left the truck unlocked, police said.

Theft: An undisclosed amount of cash was reported taken from Wendy's Restaurant, 226 W. College Ave, sometime between 10:30 p.m. Sunday and 8:30 Monday morning, State College police said.
No other information was available from police.
