  • Man involved in car accident might remain a mystery: A man involved in a car accident with a University student in Parking Lot Green D early Sunday evening apparently had no identification with him and now cannot be located, University Police Services said.

Michelle Preslopski, 215 W. Fairmount Ave., told police that after the accident, the man told her he did not have his driver's license, vehicle registration or proof of insurance in the car. He gave her his name and left the scene, police said.

The man was driving a Chevrolet Berretta, Preslopski told police. The license number on the car was QAR--936 and the car looked like it had a Missouri plate, she told police.
