Eighty of the best young hockey players in the United States were at Penn State last week for the U.S.A. Hockey Bantam Development Camp, where they were instructed by top college coaches from around the nation. Nick Pappas, one of the best hockey players ever to come out of Penn State, is now a professional hockey player in Europe. Andy Cesarski, who was recently selected to the U.S. Olympic Sports Festival hockey team, was coached when he was a teenager by Penn State hockey coach Joe Battista. Both served as assistant coach/counselors at the U.S.A. Bantam Development Camp last week.
