On behalf of the 1988-89 Penn State Ice Hockey Team, I wish to thank the 10,000 plus fans who attended our games this season.

As many of you know, we won our first International Collegiate Hockey League Championship this past weekend in front of a sell-out crowd at the PSU Ice Pavillion. The support and enthusiasm you gave us was incredible and, for the visiting teams, somewhat overwhelming!

The thrill of our victory will always remain with us. Our championship capped off one of our most successful seasons ever. We want you -- our loyal fans -- to know that you, like the 1980 ICHL Champions, are second to none!
