Horse emerges onto street, damages auto; no one injured: A Centre Hall man's horse caused minor damage to a Philipsburg woman's car Monday when it leaped onto the middle of Whitehall Road in Ferguson Township.
The horse, belonging to Steven White, 1301 Whitehall Road, jumped over a fence bordering the road and struck a car driven by Michelle Hensel, 19, of Philipsburg, Ferguson Township police said.
The horse struck Hensel's car on the right side, causing minor damage.
The horse limped back onto White's property with a minor injury, police said. Hensel sustained a bump on the head but was not treated.

Man in road with pants down cited for disorderly conduct: A 22-year-old State College man was cited for disorderly conduct yesterday after he was reportedly seen standing in the middle of East College Avenue with his pants down, authorities said.
The man, whom police would not identify, was at the intersection of East College Avenue and Locust Lane about 1:50 yesterday morning when apprehended, the State College Bureau of Police Services said.
He was cited and released yesterday, police said.

Gregg Township auto accident damages two local vehicles: Two vehicles sustained damage in an accident Tuesday morning in Gregg Township, Rockview state police said.
Both cars were traveling west on Route 192, one-half mile east of Penns Cave Road, when the incident occured. A car driven by Timothy Rachau, 21, of Rebersburg struck the rear end of a car driven by Pauline Furtaw of Madisonburg, causing moderate damage, police said.
Rachau's car was unable to stop on the snowcovered road when Furtaw decreased speed due to heavy traffic, police said.
Neither Rachau nor Furtaw was injured in the accident, police said.

Burglary: Camera equipment totaling, $2,000 in value, belonging to Meau-Fuh Pong, 801 S. Garner St., was reported taken Tuesday from his residence, the State College Bureau of Police Services said. Police found no sign of forced entry at Pong's apartment.

Theft: A microbalance, valued at $1,385 was reported taken Tuesday from room 40 in Fenske Laboratory, University Police Services said.

Theft: A leather bomber jacket and hat belonging to Markku I. Stenborg, 129 Mckee, was reportedly taken Sunday from 100 W. College Ave., State College police said. Loss is estimated at $270.
