The Men and Women of Color a group of racial/ethnic representatives from Penn State and the State College community, condemns racism in all of its covert and subtle forms. It is a disease that destroys the dignity of humankind.

We reaffirm our commitment to building a more humane climate at Penn State, in the State College community, and in society as a whole by joining with others who would eradicate racist behaviors and attitudes.

We will do everything in our power to bring about understanding and appreciation of cultural differences. We stand up in a united effort and join with others of similar philosophies to build a better environment.
