Nittany lines
This past Saturday I, along with the rest of Pollock Halls, went to the dining room looking for a nice, quick meal. Little did we realize that we would have to wait for forty-five minutes) in line for some food. Imagine, they had this supposedly "bright" idea to open only ONE dining hall over the weekends. They expect to feed the entire Pollock population between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Are they serious! What's the deal? Are they trying to bring all the students together to eat as a family? Come on! This is a bad idea. The dining hall is too small to fit everyone comfortably. Half the food is put away a couple of minutes before 6 p.m., yet they still let people in. What if those people wanted a salad? If it's the lack of employees they should start hiring. There are many students looking for a job. Then there is all this waiting around (45 minutes) just to get food. That's not even eating it! I don't know about everyone else, but I could think of about a hundred different things that I rather do during those fortyfive minutes. Come on people, get the hint. Nobody wants to wait in a line that extends past the post office. Hey, we said the food was good, but not that good. Personally I feel that this place is getting enough money from everyone. So, why don't they do us a small favor in return, and not make us wait to eat. Open more dining halls. You'll make a lot of people happy. Molly R. Rodriguez
