Return the stop

We would like to bring to your attention a threat to students' rights. The Campus Loop no longer services, North Halls. Recently, a female (who used the North Halls stop to avoid the dimly lit sidewalks between the Creamery Loop stop and North Halls) was chased. Fortunately, she escaped. Unless the stop is returned to the previous schedule a future attacker may succeed. Will people have to suffer physical and emotional damage before the University will spend a minimal amount to protect them? Is North Halls no longer a part of Penn State?

Our University spends the money of its students, but then fails to protect the very people who make its existence possible. The Loop exists for transportation and, most importantly, protection of ALL students. If one less rape or brutal assault can be prevented, then the students must voice their opinions and persuade the administration to bring back the North Halls Loop stop.
