The second floor of the Palmer Museum of Art is literally exploding with color. Bright pillows dangle from the ceiling, and the walls are covered with pastels, drawings and watercolors. Huge panels of vivid batik design are hung in the center and a glass case in the corner is populated with little terra cotta sculptures.
